Question 2: How long until I can walk on the carpet?

You can actually walk on the carpet immediately! However, we recommend waiting about three hours. That's the number we built the business on. Most companies leave carpet damp for a day or more; ours is dry the same afternoon.

Question 3: Do I need to move furniture before you get there?

Handle the small stuff like lamps and toys if you can. We move couches, chairs, and tables ourselves and put them back when we're done. Beds and full dressers usually stay put, and we clean around them.

Question 4: What if a stain comes back a few days later?

It happens. Deep stains can wick back to the surface after any cleaning. Call us and we'll come re-clean that spot free. No argument, no service fee.
